Watch the Queen Elizabeth 2 depart Southampton for the last time. Launched in 1969 at 70,000 tons she is now considered small however probably Britain's Best Loved Cruiseliner..

This cruise will be very popular so book early to reserve a space on the final sailing. We intend to cruise close by the ship whist alongside and then watch the QE2 sail.

There will be commentary.

This special cruise departs Hythe Marina (map). There is ample parking in the Marina, however for this event it will be very busy.

Bring your own Picnic. There is a toilet onboard via steps.
